Review: The People’s United Bank Platinum Mastercard card is a bit complicated to understand, but brings with it a fairly good Balance Transfer Offer. Additionally it has no no annual fees.
It carries a low intro rate of 0% APR for six months. Afterwards, it jumps to 13.99% or more.
0% APR on purchases and transfers for the first 6 months, a $10 transfer fee or 3% of the transfer up to a $60 maximum if the balance transfer is requested at the time of application. After the application, the fee increases to $10 or 4% of the amount of each transfer, whichever is higher. There is no annual fee.
