USAA American Express Rewards Card

Review: The USAA American Express Rewards Card is a variable offer that generally carries a targeted promotion. You must be an USAA member to apply for it – generally you can find a promotional offer for it from the ‘My Offers’ section of your USAA account. Currently there seems to be an offer going around with 0% interest for 12 months and a 3% balance transfer fee that is capped at $75.

Cash advance fees may also be waived! Some accounts are also receiving offers with no balance transfer fee, but for a shorter ten month term.

Their reward cards also come with a $25 credit upon signup.

Please comment on this offer, we’re interested in knowing what credit scores people are being accepted with as well as if the offer changes.

Bah, lousy $2k limit. Anyone get higher? I’m in the 700s.

I just got one with a 3k limit, high APR but I’m not worry because I only got it to establish credit.
